Long and drawn out talking to several recruiters. Very unorganized. I won't ever be applying with them again! What a waste of time. After not being able to talk to anyone on the day of the phone interview they had told me they would call two days later. I said the times I was available. The recruiter never confirmed any time they would be calling. So I wasn't planning on talking to anyone. I get a call and an email saying the hiring manager has decided to cancel our talk today because someone else had a better portfolio. I told the recruiter I wasn't planning on talking to anyone and that I was thinking of withdrawing my candidacy anyway due to their unprofessional way of wasting candidates time. What a waste of time! I spoke to about three different recruiters for this over the past month!! To suddenly decide (at the last minute to not talk to someone is really low). I work full time and make adjustments to talk to different job opportunities. Honeywell completely disrespects the time it takes for candidates. Very selfish.
