Normal process with Manager doing a phone interview and then an onsite interview with somebody from the SW team. They will ask you a lot of technical questions and mostly want to know how you will handle difficult situations

Initial remote screening with the hiring manager via MS Teams. Then a remote panel interview with the team via MS Teams. All questions related to skills and experience. Everyone was very kind and encouraging.
