The Interview was very relaxed. Take the opportunity to get to know the manager and share your background. 3 situational questions were asked. As long as you've held a job in the past or worked on projects (such as senior design) in school, the questions are very easy to answer. Afterwards there was a tour of the plant and the various labs, it was the easiest and most stress free interview I have ever had.
