I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Honeywell
Interview
I applied through my university job board and received a phone call informing me they would fly me out for a job interview at a hiring event. The hiring event consisted of a presentation on how great the company is and why you should work there. There were about 75 people there, and the interview was about 45 minutes long. I had no idea they were hiring people strictly from this interview only. Within four days I received a phone call informing me that they were offering me the position.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Honeywell (San Diego, CA) in Jul 2019
Interview
Overall it was quite good and pleasant, I felt listened, and my interviewer was very accessible and didn't stress me out with weird questions. After the interview he just invited me to have some coffee and keep chatting.
Applied online and spoke with a HR rep first and then spoke to maintenance mgr from that site. Basic engineering/technical questions were asked. Was asked to attend a site interview and interviewed with leadership team. Situational questions were asked. They said they will notify me quickly even if they decide not to continue with me, but I did not hear from them until after 5 months. Very slow and unresponsive.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Honeywell (Baton Rouge, LA) in Jan 2015
Interview
the process took about a month from the date I applied online. I was referred by a recruiter through my university career fair. I did a phone interview and waited a week to get a second interview scheduled. it was a recruiting events.
