There are usually 3 rounds and an assignment given to you - Basic IPR, Engineering Technical, Resume Related and Assignment. Firstly, mix of IPR and technical, secondly assignment, third is mix of assignment, IPR and technical and then face to face.

interview went for 1 hour, still failed to crack it. However, learned my mistake, actually my communication skill is little weak. he asked me multiple question and he wanted me to keeping talking my skills. sometime it was nothing to talk about. so i was just discussing about my roles and responsibility in this company.
