I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Honeywell (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2013
Interview
Very relaxed. There are two HR's who meet you in the cafe or another available location. Do not have any tests or behavioral questions. Everything is based on your resume. If you have a good resume, there is nothing to worry about. Just be yourself, be honest, and you will be fine.
The interview process consisted of multiple rounds. It started with an online coding assessment to evaluate problem-solving and programming skills. Candidates who cleared the assessment proceeded to the technical interview, where questions were asked on Data Structures and Algorithms, programming concepts, and project experience. This was followed by an HR discussion focusing on communication skills, teamwork, and career goals. Throughout the process, the interviewers were professional and supportive, and the experience provided a good opportunity to showcase both technical and interpersonal skills.
