At the time, I had a single phone screen with the hiring manager. That went well so the next session was individual interviews with 5 others: 2 managers and 3 electrical engineers. All asked both technical and non-technical questions and the engineers spent about 40% of their time talking to me about what they did and asking me what they could tell me about the company. Everybody was professional and engaged with me fairly.
