The interviewer was disinterested. The interviewer may not have adequately prepared for the interview or reviewed the application materials beforehand. There was a lack of familiarity with the background and qualifications that could have contributed to their disinterested behavior.
There were a phone screening interview and a face to face interview with the director. All went well and mama her said he’d like to give me an offer at the time of interview.

I had the chance to interview with Honeywell uptil 3 rounds. I invested time in the process and had some positive experience or atleast I believe I did. Then they ghosted me for 2 weeks only to find out they were did not know I require sponsorship. That is a very important detail to miss out on if one is investing so much of their time in an interviewee.
