Upon arranging the face to face interview, I actually did a search on the company's profile to find out on the range of products and services rendered. This helped me to identify if the company's accounting will be more service based or product based. And I would prepare questions for the interview based on some of the findings from the profile.

There were 3 rounds of interviews,each one of 1hr with the hiring managers and HR department followed by an assesment of soft skills,but I did not consider them to be difficult,they are in line with the recruitment process of other corporations.

It was good. A lot of information was given at one time. I felt there was a lot of changes going on in the department. Also got a lot of vague answers.
