I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Honeywell (Ciudad de Mexico) in Feb 2024
Interview
First a phone call by talent acquisition team. After that, 3 round interview, first one a technical panel interview with engineers asking about experience, electronic fundamentals and schematic interpretation. Second interview with hiring manager asking project management question and also some technical questions related to experience and how would you apply that knowledge to the position.
If everything goes well a third round interview with HR manager asking behavioral question, etc. Process took 3 weeks after the last interview I received an offer letter.
