First interview I had was great and smooth but never got the job.
This time when applying again, it is clearly prepared by some dippy. SAME CV was sent with ALL details but keep getting fill in blanks fill in blanks . But will not say what blanks. Therefore not even getting to interview stage this time. They have become impossible and clearly the person preparing vacancies and interviews is a bit drippy. I shall not bother my valuable time a 3rd time.
Professional, relevant to the position, treated with respect. Good Communication regarding the role, explained in detail the benefits, and atmosphere was professional but easy. Offer communicated promptly. Would recommend the company.
