The hiring/interview process was the best that I have ever experienced. My resume was submitted via employee referral. I was promptly contacted by the HR recruiter and an initial phone screen was scheduled. Soon after, I had an on-site interview with the hiring manager and received an offer within a day. I really appreciated the recruiting staff keeping me updated. I never had to "check-in" and/or remind them to get back to me. Also, the interview questions were very straightforward and relevant to the job opening. On both the recruiting side and with the hiring manager, the interview goals were to see learn more about me, determine if my skill set aligned with the job responsibilities, whether I would be a good cultural fit for the company/project, and to answer any questions I had about the role.
