Received an inquiry from a sourcer on LinkedIn to gauge my level of interest in the position. After I displayed my interest, had a call with a recruiter which filtered basic experience/match with the responsibilities of the role, had a chance to ask high level org/role questions. Next came a call with the hiring manager, went through normal background questions, need for the role and my level of interest. more so than just the role itself and responsibilities, he and I meshed very well. Final round was on-site, met with a number of individuals in the sales ops & IT team along with the President. Really enjoyed meeting everyone and was impressed with the intelligence and EQ of everyone.
