Process took about 2 months from application to hire date. I was reached out via e-mail to come in for an interview. Interviewed with 4 doctors from the department. About two weeks later, HR asked me for my references. After my references went through I got an offer and accepted. Interview process was smooth and quick.

Very straightforward. The people conducting the interview were very friendly and asked typical questions for a research role, such as past research experience, strengths and weaknesses and future career plans
The interview process was very straightforward where I met with different people in the office and team that I was interviewing for and I was just asked a series of fit questions and to go through my resume
