HydroGeoLogic interview questions

It was over 3 hours. Some of the questions were redundant. Met with 4 different groups of people to include the CEO (language barrier there). After they said they would let me know the next steps. Never heard which seems odd if you ask someone to come in for over 3 hours.

Interview process was great but this company did not have any mannor after their final decision. I'v done two interview with them and even gave my three referances. All three reference personel got the phone call from Hydrogeologic but they never reached back to me after all three reference calls to my previous supervisors.
