I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ICF
Interview
Submitted resume online. I had a 30 min phone interview with the manager I would report to. He asked detailed questions about my background, experience, and supervisory experience. He described the project I would be responsible for, how many people would report to me, and what their background were. He discussed that the team would work long hours initially and there wouldn't be an opportunity to take vacation time for the first few months. Once the team was operating successfully and the project was on track, there would be an opportunity to take vacation time.
