Interview
My interview process with ICF went very smoothly. It only took 4 days from the recruiter phone screening to the offer. Between which, I had a one-hour phone interview with the hiring manager and a one-hour panel interview with the team members. I am grateful that the HR team (kudos to Amanda & Becca) was able to move very quickly.
I was interviewed by three people over Zoom. They took turns asking questions, all were very friendly and good listeners. I felt engaged in the conversation and felt I learned a lot from that interview experience even though I was not chosen for the position.
