I was reached out by a recruiter on LinkedIn and went through 2 panel interviews - one with the the hiring manager and direct colleagues of the job, and the other with department leaders.

Interview
A recruiter reached out with an interview request. She asked me to fill out an application. ICF HR sent some preparatory materials to read through, which I thought was a nice touch. After that, the recruiter helped me schedule 1 screening and 2 panel interviews (3 interviewees each). They asked a lot of competency and knowledge based questions. The whole thing from initial communication to final offer took about 4 weeks.
