IFM Investors interview questions

Conversational interview that flowed really well, both interviewers were friendly and covered off various topics around my background, the business and its exponential growth, team dynamics, expectations, culture and environment.

The interview process consisted of three stages: an HR interview, a meeting with the hiring manager, and an interview with the IT Operations Director. Most of the interviews focused on soft skills and resolving basic scenarios. However, the process was very slow, and I had to wait 10 days for feedback.
