IHMS interview questions

Good. First, second and final interview with CEO. General Human resource questions. You will be asked questions around general human resource practice and strategic partnership with top management team. Meeting with the CEO involves general questions about the industry, operating environment, government regulations and policies.

Got recruited from job board. Received phone interview with basic questions. Asked to come in for an interview. Had to complete English language test and basic math skills test. Interview immediately following test if the test was passed. (if failed, dismissed immediately). Hired within 1 week. Was told to print employee handbook and all new employee documents at home and get a tb test. Was originally told I would not be reimbursed for TB test and I fought that. Multiple email communications. Start date not set in stone until week before (kept saying maybe next week, maybe the week after, we'll call you). Also needed physical that I had to pay for out of pocket.
