Preliminary phone interview was conducted after a few days of submitting my application. 5 situational questions. During the call, I was asked to come in the following thursday for an in-person interview with the manager within the Active Selling Coworker team. They will ask for your hardcopy resume, schedule availabilities, wage expectations, and preferences for a different position. After that they ask Very similar 5 situational questions. They write your answers down. Overall, it was very relaxed and I felt like it was very casual! The manager came a few minutes late and he was probably his late 20s or early 30s.

I attended the national hiring event after applying online. The interview was friendly and reasonable, but I had to wait in line for 4.5 hours to do a group interview.
