1. Telephonic Interview by Local India HR, explaining about the profile and screening through the candidates overall experience.
2. Meeting with the Country HR Manager,

4. Offer discussed by the Compensation Manager.

Question 1
Questions are very subjective (influenced by personal feelings) and can get monotonous while they emphasize on values and family, more than trying to understand the subject knowledge.
