You apply through the ikea website along with your cv but most importantly mentioning why you wish to be a part of ikea as this is what they are looking for more than your cv. Be yourself and reflect the love for ikea. Once selected there was a video interview which is good as you can practise the answers in advance. But you won't know the actual questions in your practise sessions, once you are ready take the video test and you will have two chance to make it correct but make sure you do well in the first chance itself as the second one will be automatically send (you can't select one which is better out of two). I faced 5 interview questions and then in a two weeks time they send a mail saying I'm selected for further assessment but sadly declined it as it was too far from me. From what I heard is that there will be rounds in that.
