I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at IKEA (Peterborough, England) in Dec 2021
Interview
I sent them my CV. They invited me for a video interview with prompt questions on the next day. I’ve missed the first deadline because I’ve lost my voice due to a flu. I’ve received another invitation. 2 written and 2 recorded questions. Vey straight forward. “What can you bring to the company?” “why Ikea?” Etc
I’ve received an invite for a video interview with a hiring manager.
The interview lasted 50 minutes and questions were based on their values. “Tell me about a time…” sort of questions. “What do you think of Ikea's sustainability?”
I was told it would take around a week to find out whether I got accepted. They offered me the job two days later
