Everything was streamlined and efficient. Overall nice experience and the interviewer was very understanding when we both had to reschedule several times due to weather, holidays, and power outages. The interviewer was very open to discuss benefits and salary. They also addressed any concerns that I had and even offered additional benefits that would increase the overall compensation to something I was comfortable accepting.
