Interview
I had an interview a month ago before they
accepted me.
It was through HireVue and there popped up
questions like:
Why I want to work at Ikea?
How do you imagine your first workday / how do
you start your day off?
What is a mistake you made in the past?
The last one I forgot..
But it all can be very diffrent, since I live in
Austria.
Just be yourself, they don't want the typical guy
working there.
After a few days/weeks they will interview you
by person. Again, just be yourself + they want
confidence, but not the boring kind.

Chiamata online con il responsabile che mi ha illustrato il ruolo e ha chiesto il mio interesse per il ruolo. Disponibili e molto gentili. Mi è stato illustrata la paga, l'orario lavorativo, il servizio mensa e benefit aziendale.
L’expérience a été enrichissante, mais aussi très exigeante :
Entretien téléphonique avec le responsable RH
Test de design à réaliser
Entretien avec le manager du département design
Entretien en ligne avec le responsable international
Et enfin, un workshop test sur place
Après toutes ces étapes, ma candidature n’a pas été retenue.

Several different interviews. The ability to meet lots of team members. They valued new and fresh input. Comfortable setting. Details about the 4 design styles, age, income and room size portfolios that will need to be practiced.
