I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IKEA
Interview
The process was straightforward. I applied on the company website and was contacted for an interview within 2 weeks. The first interview was a phone screening with a recruiter. I was moved forward for a second/in-person interview at the location I applied for and was offered a job by the end of that same day. The entire process from application to offer was about 3 weeks in total.

Question 1
The first interview was a screening. It's standard, quick, and very approachable. The second interview was a little over an hour and mostly behavioral with many scenario-based questions. There are also a lot of culture-fit questions so be prepared to talk about your background and why you think you'd be a good addition to one of their teams.
Great interview with good mix of questions. And promotes you asking them on the work culture n environment. You should have been able and willing not be in a situation like the other one and have your best
