normal interview~ The interviewer will ask many questions on the company's own questionnaire. Most of them will ask you how you serve customers at work. What methods do you have to provide customers with a better dining experience? The interviewer will also ask you about ikea value.
They emailed me and invited me to their store. Then they took me to the cafe area. Sat me down and one person asked me questions. And after that i was told about the job. Things i will be doing. Then later then told me they'll email me.

Interview
Group task of mind mapping. Then 1 - 1 interview in a room full of other people having interviews. It was noisy and I couldn't concentrate. I asked for reasonable adjustments and none were given.

What hours are you free. But they push you to do longer shifts than you're comfortable with.
Interviewer was really nice, asked at least 5-6 questions about past experience and asked me to bring my proof of right to work. I was also allowed to take some treats home.
