Easy and simple. You get interviewed by two people. The people who interviewed me were friendly. After the interview its a yes/no if you got the job. As far as I am aware.

Great, had a group tour first then individual interviews, Very professional and welcoming. Questions focused on teamwork, hygiene, time management, and working under pressure. Friendly interviewers made me feel comfortable and explained the kitchen staff role clearly.
