My interview process with InBrain consisted of several structured rounds, including conversations with HR, the technical team lead, the broader technical team, and two members of the company as part of a cultural fit interview.
From the start, everyone was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. The conversations felt natural and well-paced, and it was clear that people were genuinely interested in getting to know me, not just evaluating me. It created a really positive atmosphere that made the whole process enjoyable.
The discussions were not only technically insightful but also led to interesting exchanges about the role, the team, and the company’s vision.
