The intern interview was a fairly simple one. Mostly it is regarding why you would want the role and is 3 rounds with interviewers based in both Singapore and Netherlands.
First was the normal application process of submitting resume, and etc. If shortlisted, ING Bank will call to invite for a 1 to 1 interview. Shortly after, they will call you if you are successful. The overall process was quite straightforward.
