IPI interview questions

Poorly organized interview session; I was informed that there were 3 rounds of interviews but they decided to do panel interview to "save time". The interview session felt uncomfortable as it felt like an interrogation (with no opportunities of me asking questions; because you know, to save time from their end). The questions were not difficult, just that they ain't job relevant; borderlining around character assassination about one's career aspiration. The ultimatum for me was when they took 15 minutes of the session mansplaining the definition of "Advisory"; a very clear indication they want to be technically accurate to each single word. It feel berating yet honestly I did not get a good sense whether they know what they are truly looking for in the first place.
