I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IQVIA (Paris) in May 2025
Interview
1 hour interview with the manager: positive feedback.
2 hours live interview on Python (online) : we give you a dataset, and you have to process it make predictions (train/test, machine learning). The preprocessing of the dataset take hours so you don't have time to do 10% of the task.
Negative feedback, they said I didn't know how to code in Python. 6 years in engineering, multiple projects in Deep Learning. The task was just completely incoherent and unrelevant. Especially for a job in consulting for which you have to understand AI but never to code (business job).

Question 1
You have a dataset with more than 10,000 values. Make predictions about a clinical trial.
On-demand video assessment interview where you record your response -> Math&Logistics test -> case interview with a consultant (not a typical case; this is more focused on math and calculation)
Two rounds of interviews, 1 with a leader and other with a panel of managers. Ended with one case study, which was then presented to a panel of interviewers. It was a quick and fluid process.
