      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at IQVIA

      Interview

The interview was friendly and professional. I did have to make a presentation but it was in a casual setting so it didn't feel as intimidating. The interview and onboarding overall went fairly smoothly. I had to complete some modules on my own but they were straightforward.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IQVIA

      Interview

Applied online. Initial contact was made by phone by direct line manager. About 30 min phone interview with typical questions, ie review of job history, strengths and weaknesses etc, and opportunity to ask questions about the job. Then offered to be flown to Phoenix for a second in-person interview. I was given a set interview time and information to make flight arrangements through a travel agency. The interview took place at a hotel with many other applicants. We were given a conference room to wait in and then called one by one. It was a 3 person interview panel, 2 quintiles nurse managers, and 1 representative from the contacted drug manufacturer. They really emphasized that they wanted "stories" in response to their questions and set up a role play scenario where we sat back to back and acted out a phone call to a patient. Then proceeded to a second interview immediately after with the line manager who had conducted the original phone interview. I was contacted by phone within 1 week with a job offer.

      Nurse Educator Interview

      8 Sept 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      New York, NY
      Declined offer
      Neutral experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at IQVIA (New York, NY) in Sept 2022

      Interview

1 initial phone interview and 1 in person interview 2 weeks after with IQVIA manager plus pharmaceutical company manager. It felt odd to interview with 2 people from separate companies. Felt like an audition. The interview was based on written templates, somewhat anticuated, typical job interview questions. Candidate was asked to meet at a local hotel conference room. A short verbal presentation was requested by interviewers the night before via email which left little time to prepare. Very vague request, so difficult to prep for it.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Pretty standard template questions about past challenging situations
