The interview began with a tour of the building and then they dropped me off in a conference room. I interviewed with two managers and they were both very friendly. They made small talk about the tour first and asked about me and then dove in. There were five or so behavioral questions that each lined up with IQVIA's values. The interview questions weren't really hard - but the process was intimidating because they were typing every single word I said. Overall a good experience.
