Its waste of time, if we follow the interview process of IQVIA.if you are seriously looking for a job change don't trust IQVIA. 3 times i faced very bad experience from IQVIA. 1st experience - It happened in 2020March. Two technical round interview was conducted initially. It was very nice interview experiance. After that HR asked me to submit all certificate and documents. They told me that I can join immediately. But after that I send so many mails, but no reply. 2nd Experience :Again 2020 October another HR from IQVIA contacted me for another job. So the first round interview was completed successfuly. They asked me to get ready for second level of technical interview.But in second level the interview time, manger told me technical team member was not available for the interview and interview will conduct on another date. But after that no updates from them. Even if we call /mail HR people they won't reply at all /won't pick phone. 3rd Experience : 2020Jan someother HR from IQVIA called me for interview. First and second round completed successfully. Then HR called me and told technical manager interview was on third round. They given one date for technical manager interview, i joined on correct time for interview, but no technical manager on other side, then HR postponed the interview to next day same time. Same thing happened again no technical managers on other side. Then HR said she will inform the interview date when mangers available. After that i called and mailed so many times. But no updates from their side. So NEVER TRUST IQVIA. 3 TIMES BAD EXPERIENCE I FACED FROM IQVIA
