1 30 minute call with a recruiter who reached out to me asked for a referral immediately off the bat felt like I was running the interview very unstructured. Sent follow up email any they seemingly ghosted me. Very weird experience.

Interview
The interview process was smooth and understandable. The interviewer was on time, nice and polite, she was listening carefully to me and was asking questions only after I finished my speech.
