Interview
Short screening call followed by Web cam interview then face to face panel interview with presentation requirement. There was nothing unusual or difficult about the process. The goal was to confirm experience and assess fit. Encouraged to ask pointed questions about the company and job. All interviewers were forthcoming with corporate struggles.

Questions about the material I presented, scenario and work experience questions. Nothing generic.
Buena experiencia. Profesional y rigurosa. Transparencia y buen trato durante todo el proceso. El responsable que contrataba hizo un gran trabajo de gestión del proceso de contratación. El proceso fue consistente.
Met with talent person and hiring manager. Short interviews on both sides. Generic questions that weren't too probing or thought provoking. The questions were mostly as expected so no real surprises.

Interview
2 interviews both 60 minutes each, 2 weeks apart. Face to face conversation discussing experience and skill set /aptitude for role. Feedback was provided after each interview. Helpful talent acquisition team kept me updated on the process and next steps.
