About 2 rounds of face to face interviews following a phone interview. Was also given written competency test that was quite specific to the role I was interviewing for. Interview questions were fairly typical, so the onus is on the interviewee to demonstrate interest and competency.

Interview
I got past the case consulting interview but totally bombed it. I did not receive any feedback and the interviewer was very boring and bland. The first round with the recruiter was really nice.
