Was approached on LinkedIn by an in-house recruiter and they submitted my CV. One follow-up conversation (phone) with another recruiter talking about my experience and comp expectations. Received a take-home test consisting of an Excel file with medicine sales in a couple of countries across some years. Large complexity of the dataset, was asked to answer some questions and prepare some slides based on the dataset. After sending the completed documents, one interview with a Principal. The communication was dreadful, with the recruiter averaging a response time of ~1 week to my e-mails. The rejection e-mail came 1 whole month after the interview and multiple follow-ups from my side and absolutely no feedback. I honestly think they just outsourced some data processing work to a candidate as part of the recruiting process instead of actually trying to recruit someone.
