Interview
Many rounds of interviews, but panel was engaging and had great knowledge. The various rounds seem quite standard for a consulting role, but was quite rigorous. No take home case studies - all were completed during the interview.
3 rounds first with hiring manager then with a panel along with senior manager and finally a round/fit check with Principle followed by final discussion with HR. Technical round would include guesstimates followed by case study presentation
On-demand video assessment interview where you record your response -> Math&Logistics test -> case interview with a consultant (not a typical case; this is more focused on math and calculation)
Two rounds of interviews, 1 with a leader and other with a panel of managers. Ended with one case study, which was then presented to a panel of interviewers. It was a quick and fluid process.
