Rejected before the deadline. Received and email on March 23, 7:40 AM UK time to complete the on-demand video interview within 120 hours from the request was sent. Which means I had time till until March 28, 7:40 AM UK time. However, received an email on March 27, 1:56 PM UK time stating I was rejected because there was apparently "no match". Question is if there was no match between us, then why the on-demand interview link was sent to me in first place? Totally disappointed with the inconsistent recruitment process.
