Three rounds of interview, and an English assessment.
The process took 3 weeks, time enough to prepare. Really sympathetic and with good communication regarding the process. Primary contact with the recruiter of the vacancy through email, then a WhatsApp contact with an HR member to schedule the best time for the meetings.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1rst: with the HR about my resume, how I knew about the company, if there's anyone I know that work there, salary expectation, start date, languages I know.
After had an English test.
2nd round: with 2 members of the team, both managers, asked more situational question, how I see myself in the next 5 years, how I work with a team, and what role I play, to tell about a time I was misunderstood.
3rd round: with the director of the role, asked me 2 questions, with I want this job and how I work with people with different cultures and nationalities.
