The interview process was very strange and dehumanizing. I was scheduled for an 11:00 am interview, however, the interview did not take place up until 3:00 pm. In the meantime, the recruiters had work meetings in between and only alerted us after waiting for more than 2 hours. I found this to be very rude and unproffesional. I was called back for a 2nd interview which was on time. However, during the salary and benefits negotiation, the CEO got agitated as I was negotiating for a better package and raised his voice at me amidst glaring and demeaning remarks. Kindly note that the package they were offering for my level of experience was severely below market value. They were only offering a basic salary with no benefits at all. I would not recommend this company for a proffesional seeking to grow and advance their career.
