Hiring took 2 days as it was on campus interview. 1st round is written with technical and aptitude questions. 2nd round is group discussion on basic general topics (for ex: Use of technology in agriculture) . 3rd round was technical round with questions from languages and topics of your interest. 4th round is HR round with basic questions on behavioral ,interests and resume.

There are a total of 3 rounds in the selection process. The first round is an online assessment, followed by TR and HR rounds. The interview and assessment are not too hard knowing the fundamentals of java and sql are enough to clear the rounds.

The ITC Infotech interview process was highly challenging, focusing on strong technical fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and real-time scenarios. Questions were in-depth, requiring clarity, confidence, and practical knowledge under pressure. It didnt really feel relevant or necessary for the package and the role.
The interview process was smooth and relatively easy. Most of the questions were based on my project experience and the skills mentioned in the job description. The interviewer focused on understanding my practical knowledge, problem-solving approach, and basic concepts related to the role.
