I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Icing by Claire's (Hialeah, FL) in May 2013
Interview
there was a table outside of the store with the managers, i walked by and they immediately asked me if I was interested in working for them. I said yes and they each asked me different questions about my previous jobs and later gave me an application to complete. The next day I went up to the store and they gave me the new hire packet, filled it out. A day later the manager called me to discuss the hourly pay and when can i start the training.
The interview was right straight to the point. What’s your availability? Why do you want to work with us? Why should we hire you? I would say before you go to your interview it’s best to do your research background about the company. But the interview was good. I had to go through two interview. First one was with all the managers from Claires and icing. Second one was with the asm from icing. Typical interview questions.
