Casual, with no formal interview. The manager wanted to find associates who would fit into the current store atmosphere and not cause drama or issues. She asked about prior experience and team dynamics.

The interview was straight to the point, but simple and short in time. The interviewer was inviting in their tone of voice, which made the process better than prior application experiences.

Interview
The interview was easy and i was only asked basic retail questions. The interview was conducted in the mall food court which was loud and busy but the stores are usually too small to conduct interviews directly in the store.
