Applied online, had an interview via Hire Vue then was asked to go in for an assessment center. This consisted of group activities (lego building, problem solving) to assess your communication skills, a 1:1 interview and a technical test involving maths.

What's the biggest challenge you've had to overcome?
The assessment day on site was a full day of activities. We had to work as a team, give a presentation, do a calculation test and interview with the hiring manager. It was not stressful at all, very positive environment.
