I applied online and was contact several days later for a first round technical interview with the hiring manager, followed by a second round interview with HR the week after. I was invited to go on-site for a final round interview at the San Diego HQ, consisting of a mix of behavioral questions and customer service role-playing exercises. Everyone was very nice and professional. At each interview stage, there is time for you to ask questions, so prepare some in advance.

Interview
The process included interviews with HR and two panels featuring team members. Each panel consisted of four interviews, each lasting 30 minutes, totaling eight interviews across the panels. One week after the last panel, I received an offer from HR.
The interview process was smooth. All interviewers were nice and kind. It took only two weeks between the first interview and the offer. The last round was a 2h process with 4 blocks of 30 min with different interviewers.
