The hiring and interview process is very professional. You get call by an human resources representative, who then sends out your information to the hiring manager. If the hiring manager considers you may be the right fit, he/she offers an on-site/one-one interview with up to 7 people.

The most difficult questions are related to their technology. The hiring manager may ask you about an specific product they sell. Being a very secretive company is hard to give a good answer.
